Gleichzeitig gibt die OTRS AG bekannt, dass der Support f\u00fcr \u00e4ltere Versionen der Help Desk Software (\u00e4lter als OTRS 3.3) endet. Sollte Sie noch \u00e4ltere OTRS Versionen nutzen, ist ein Update empfehlenswert.
